Jenny Packham Bridal Spring 2017 Collection
To describe Jenny Packham’s 2017 collection with one word, that word would be whimsical. Inspired by the Midwest afterglow of a wild night, the dresses were presented in a farm like setting, with hay bales, wagon wheels, horseshoe, guitar, and a jukebox full with country hits.
Classic Packham’s form-fitting cut with sheath like silhouette is breezy yet elegant. Her dresses are more relaxed, bohemian vibe and gypsy spirits, and a touch of modern romance. Her palettes are more soft and gentle, with colours like dreamy gold beige with a hint of a show-stopper pastel green that can be seen on Packham’s dresses.
Details such as long billowy sleeves, unstructured tiered skirts, beaded lace, and crystal illusion bodices give the collection a touch of 70’s glamour. With so much sparkles and glimmers, it would be ideal for an outdoor summer wedding in the woods under the twinkling stars. Here are some of our favourites from the collection, sit back, relax and get inspired.
